摘要：

ATP结合盒转运子是细胞内胆固醇流出至贫脂或无脂的高密度脂蛋白前体载脂蛋白AⅠ的调节子 ,在高密度脂蛋白合成和胆固醇逆转运过程中起重要作用 ,ATP结合盒转运子基因表达受核受体的高度调节。通过对ATP结合盒转运子调节 ,增加高密度脂蛋白浓度和胆固醇的逆转运 ,为预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化提供新思路和新方法。
