摘要：

介绍了利用DNA进行分类的原理,强调了DNA分类的优越性,并着重介绍了COI(Cy- tochrome Oxidase subunit I)基因作为DNA分类的目的基因序列的可操作性。对DNA分类仍有许多争论。在实际分类工作中,建议将形态学数据与DNA序列数据结合起来分析。
