<正>跌倒是老年人常见的伤害性事件,也是导致老年人伤残、死亡的重要原因,是威胁老年人健康及生活质量的一个重要公共卫生问题。2005年预防跌倒欧洲共识将跌倒定义为滑倒(slip)或绊倒(trip),当事人突发、不自主、非故意的体位改变,失去平衡而使其跌落至地板、地面或更低的平面[1]。Tinetti等[2]研究表明,>65岁的老年人中30%每年跌倒≥1次,其中10%会造成严重损伤,跌倒的发病率从中年开始逐渐升高,>80岁老年
