摘要
黄芪-当归是近代中药方剂中的常见药对,二者均为益气补血常用药,经历代医家证实其临床疗效确切。黄芪-当归具有调节免疫力、改善血液循环、抗氧化、抗脏器纤维化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等作用,临床应用广泛,多用于肾脏综合征、糖尿病病变、贫血等的治疗,并且取得了良好的疗效,未来具有较大的研究和开发潜力。结合国内外相关文献,从化学成分、药理作用、临床应用3个方面对黄芪-当归的研究进展进行系统总结,以期为该药对的深入研究及开发应用提供科学依据。
