<正>肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是最常见的消化系统疾病之一,是一组包括持续或间歇发作的腹痛,腹胀,排便习惯和大便性状异常而又缺乏生化学和形态学可解释的症候群。IBS是一种全球性疾病,人群患病率较高,且有逐年增高的趋势。对患者生活质量影响较大且需花费高额医疗费用。依据罗马III诊断标准可分为腹泻型、便秘型、腹泻便秘交替型。据西方国家统计,IBS患者以中
