<正>黄曲霉毒素是毒性最大的真菌毒素。产生黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的霉菌主要有两种,即黄曲霉菌(Aspergillus flavus)、寄生曲霉菌(Aspergillus parasiticus),另外还有Aspergillus nomius中的个别菌株。黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)是AFB1的4-羟基衍生物,分子式C17H12O7,分子量328。乳与乳
