脑血管疾病血浆中神经肽Y含量的动态观察

摘要：

目的　探讨脑血管疾病与神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）含量变化之间的关系。方法　用放射免疫分析法测定７７例脑出血及９０例脑梗死患者治疗前后血浆ＮＰＹ的浓度。结果　脑出血组：发病后１～３天与对照组比血浆ＮＰＹ含量无差异，发病７～１４天及２１～２８天含量较对照组显著升高（均Ｐ＜０．０１）；脑梗死组：发病后１～３天与对照组比血浆ＮＰＹ浓度明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），发病７～１４天及２１～２８天明显低于发病后１～３天（Ｐ＜０．０１），但与对照组比无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论　ＮＰＹ在脑出血及脑梗死的发病机理中可能起着重要作用。
