摘要
<正>国内外大量造影及尸检研究证实,动脉粥样硬化引起的缺血性脑血管疾病,其病变部位主要位于颅外颈动脉分叉处[1],颈动脉粥样硬化是否引起脑梗塞症状,与狭窄程度及斑块的稳定性有关[2]。斑块的稳定性取决于斑块病理成分。应用超声影像量化方法客观的显示斑块的成分,有助于进一步合理筛选适合颈动脉内膜切除术的患者,也可以用来评价内科降血脂药物的疗效。本实验初步探讨超声影像与斑块病理成分的相关性。
