卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清中AMH、INHB的表达及临床意义

摘要：

目的检测卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清中抗苗勒管激素(AMH)及抑制素B(INHB)的表达,评估良性卵巢肿瘤患者的卵巢储备功能。方法选取卵巢良性肿瘤需行手术治疗的患者90例,其中卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组60例(观察组),卵巢囊肿组30例(对照组)。90例患者按年龄段分成4组(25~岁组、31~岁组、36~岁组、41～45岁组),采用ELISA法分别检测上述患者术前血清中AMH、INHB表达水平。结果卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清中AMH、INHB的表达与年龄呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者血清中AMH及INHB的表低于单侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清中AMH和INHB呈明显正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 AMH和INHB均与年龄密切相关,单一AMH和INHB变化均可预测不同年龄段、良性卵巢肿瘤患者卵巢的储备功能;良性卵巢肿瘤患者血清AMH和INHB表达呈正相关且与不同病理类型、双侧是否受累有关。
