摘要
益生菌具有多种保健功能,如调节宿主的肠道菌群、治疗由抗生素引起的腹泻、降低血脂胆固醇水平、调节机体免疫功能等。本文就益生菌的保健功能、专利菌株和评价指标进行了综述。
