企业社会责任与竞争力关系的实证分析

摘要
本文以59家医药上市公司2003-2007年的数据为依据,通过实证分析研究了企业社会责任与企业竞争力之间的关系。研究发现:从当期来看,承担社会责任越多的企业,企业竞争力越高;从前期来看,前期企业社会责任表现会增强当期企业竞争力,尤其是近三年的社会责任表现会显著影响企业竞争力;同时,本文对控制变量的研究发现,公司规模越大社会责任表现越好,国有企业社会责任表现显著优于非国有企业,而企业经营年限对企业社会责任表现的影响则不显著。
