摘要：

酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)是指长期饮酒导致的脂肪肝,是目前临床上最为常见的肝脏疾病之一。本文主要目的是对AFLD的临床病理特点、发病机制以及可能的分子学机制进行综述,同时介绍目前治疗AFLD的策略。
