摘要：

<正> 胃十二指肠炎症及溃疡病统称消化性疾病,传统认为发病与酸有关。胃的泌酸与粘膜固有保护机制之间不平衡导致溃疡形成。Warren(1983年)在胃活检标本中分离出幽门螺杆菌(HP)并发现和消化性疾病有关,此后全球范围内开展了消化性疾病的感染性病因研究并证明HP的致病作用,Cadranel(1986年)Drumm(1987年)等对儿科研究也证实了
