镜像疗法在中老年脑卒中患者功能恢复中的应用现状

摘要
<正>中老年人是脑卒中高发人群,遗留的各类功能障碍为患者生活带来不便。随着康复手段和技术发展及完善,越来越多的新方法不断应用到功能障碍的康复治疗中,其中之一,便是镜像疗法。镜像疗法(mirror therapy,MT),也称镜像视觉反馈(mirror visual feedback,MVF)兴起于20年前,由Ramachandran等[1,2]提出并应用在疼痛抑制和脑卒中所致的偏瘫治疗中。MT基于视错觉、视觉反馈、虚拟现实等理论[3-5],具有较好的临床效果;随后逐步在运动、感觉、认知等康复领域进行应用,也从上肢转移到下肢并成为中枢干预疗
