中国海外智力回流动因研究——基于1978-2011年留学生回流的实证分析

摘要：

充分开发国内外人才资源,积极引进和用好海外人才,是中国实施人才国际化战略和提高经济发展水平的重要内容。文章基于中国1978-2011年留学生及其回流的相关数据,运用Johanson协整检验、误差修正模型及Granger因果关系检验,考察中国海外智力回流与相关宏观经济变量之间的关系。研究结果表明,影响中国海外智力回流的主要因素有中国经济规模、对外开放度、研发投入强度等,回流的海外人员更注重中国的经济发展规模以及所能提供的发展机遇。
