摘要：

"互联网+"目前已经上升为国家战略,各行各业也都在探索如何利用"互联网+"推动行业与企业创新,如何认识"互联网+"的本质,特别是互联网如何推动产业供应链的创新发展。本文针对这些问题,从理论上探索了"互联网+"的核心在于推动三大产业的供应链变革,实现智慧供应链。而智慧供应链创新可以从供应链管理核心三要素上体现:要素上形成六大能力体系;结构上建构信息治理;流程上实现决策智能化、运营可视化、组织生态化以及要素集成化等四个方面。
