氨法脱碳模拟中热力学模型的比较

摘要
针对在已有研究中关注最多的两种热力学模型,e-NRTL模型与Pitzer模型,比较了二者在预测NH3-CO2-H2O体系的热力学性质的准确性,并基于示范装置的运行条件和实验结果,比较了二者对吸收过程和解吸过程预测的准确性.基于本文研究,建议在利用Aspen Plus模拟氨法脱碳过程时,对吸收塔采用e-NRTL模型,对解吸塔采用Pitzer模型.
