急性脑梗死rt-PA溶栓治疗的安全性分析

摘要：

目的:探讨溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的安全性及与住院期间死亡率的相关因素。方法:急性脑梗死患者81例,均采用基因重组型人组织纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA,0.9 mg/kg)溶栓治疗,其中10%静脉推注,90%滴注。结果:81例中死亡10例(12.3%),死亡原因与溶栓开始的时间、心脏病、入院时的临床表现及患者整体状况等有关;MRI检查对于溶栓的安全性非常重要。结论:脑卒中发病<6 h溶栓治疗较安全,但患者的选择对预后的好坏产生重要影响。
