摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)是女性最常见的内分泌紊乱疾病, 影响全球4%～12%育龄期女性的生殖健康, 是导致女性发生不孕最常见的因素之一。PCOS病因复杂且发病机制未完全明确, 在众多致病因素中, 氧化应激(OS)被认为是PCOS发病的因素之一, 且与其临床症状的发生及进展有密切关系。循环中异常增高的OS产物还会导致该类患者发生心脑血管疾病、肝病、肿瘤的风险上升, 甚至影响子代的健康。因此, OS在PCOS患者病情的进展中起至关重要的作用。本文就OS在PCOS患者相关临床症状中的发病机制做一简要综述。
