摘要：

本文从东亚峰会的成员变化、议题设置和机制安排上分析了东亚峰会的运行特点,并总结出东亚峰会的运行模式:在权力结构上,是小国主导下的大国动态平衡模式;在体系过程上,是进程主导下的冲击-反应模式,进而指明东亚峰会当前面临的一些重大挑战。
