摘要
肝纤维化是一种各种原因所致慢性肝损伤的愈合应答反应,如果持续存在将导致肝硬化甚至肝癌。炎症反应是肝纤维化发生、发展过程中的重要因素。NLRP3炎症小体是一种细胞内多蛋白复合物,作为炎症反应关键的调节及转录因子,可诱导促炎因子的活化和释放;还能通过识别细胞内外的危险信号,释放促炎因子,诱发细胞焦亡。因此,NLRP3炎症小体在肝纤维化形成过程中具有重要作用。
