摘要：

线粒体结构和功能障碍是各种刺激因素诱导细胞凋亡的中心事件 ,由此导致线粒体内凋亡诱发因子释放 ,参与对细胞凋亡的调控 ;Bcl 2基因家族与此调控密切相关。
