摘要：

国家鼓励发展基于互联网的在线医疗卫生服务,在线医疗社区是较为典型的模式,通过分析其发展现状及存在的问题,为在线医疗发展提出政策建议。通过总结梳理国内外在线医疗社区的发展现状及实践效果,分析我国在线医疗社区发展取得的成效和存在的问题。在线医疗社区的合理发展有利于优化医疗资源配置,但目前尚缺乏成熟模式和行业监管手段,其发展效应对及对医改的影响有待于进一步深入研究。
