摘要：

本文提出产业创新速度的概念,分析了高技术产业创新速度与效益的互动机制并进行了实证。采用面板数据分析创新速度对效益的作用大小及作用规律,采用面板向量自回归模型分析高技术产业创新速度与效益的互动关系。研究结果表明,高技术产业创新速度与效益之间呈现良性互动关系,创新速度每增加1%,会带来利润增加0.114%,短期内提高企业创新速度是企业获取利润的最有效手段。高技术产业创新速度与利润之间呈现U型曲线,当创新速度中等时利润最低。劳动力的弹性系数大于资本和创新速度,我国高技术产业的运行质量有待提高。
