摘要：

从肠衰竭到肠功能障碍,人们对肠功能的认识不断深入。急性肠损伤与急性肠伤害综合征是肠功能障碍的两个新概念,主要描述了肠功能障碍发生前,肠道内环境出现的特征性病理改变。这一概念的提出,丰富了肠功能障碍的内涵,推进了人们对肠功能的认识。本文主要综述急性肠损伤与急性肠伤害综合征的概念、病因和病理学基础。
