摘要
海洋生物活性肽因具有众多的生理功能而成为近年来研究的热点。主要介绍了海洋生物活性肽的抗氧化性、抗高血压、抗菌性及增强骨强度和预防骨质疏松等生理活性以及在医药、食品和养殖等行业的应用,为进一步开展海洋生物活性肽的研究提供参考。
