摘要：

目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）与亚综合征抑郁的关系。方法采用病例对照研究设计,应用TaqMan探针及荧光实时定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应方法,检测亚综合征抑郁组（60例）与健康对照组（60例）外周血白细胞BDNF基因的mRNA表达水平的差异;应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD17)评定患者抑郁症状的严重程度;采用独立样本t检验分析亚综合征抑郁组与健康对照组之间BDNF基因在外周血表达的差异,Pearson相关分析分析BDNF基因mRNA表达水平与HAMD17评分的关系。结果（1）亚综合征抑郁组BDNF基因mRNA表达水平为0.15±0.07,健康对照组为0.25±0.14,2组比较差异有统计学意义（t=4.912,P<0.01）;（2）亚综合征抑郁组BDNF表达水平与HAMD17评分呈非常显著负相关（r=-0.840,P<0.001）。结论亚综合征抑郁及其严重程度与BDNF基因低表达可能相关。
