气相色谱-质谱和直观推导式演进特征投影法分析药对陈皮-枳壳与其单味药挥发油成分

摘要：

目的分析药对陈皮-枳壳及其单味药陈皮和枳壳的挥发油成分。方法利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)和化学计量学方法-直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)并结合程序升温保留指数(Temperature-programmed retention indice)对药对陈皮-枳壳与其单味药的挥发油成分进行分析。结果陈皮、枳壳和药对陈皮-枳壳的挥发油分别定性了45,52和63个成分,定性组分含量分别占陈皮、枳壳和药对陈皮-枳壳挥发油总含量的99.02%,98.27%和97.98%。结论陈皮、枳壳和药对陈皮-枳壳挥发油中的主要化学成分均为D-柠檬烯(含量分别为85.35﹪、70.84﹪和74.92﹪)、β-月桂烯(含量分别为2.24﹪、2.11﹪和2.23﹪)和γ-松油烯(含量分别为5.39﹪、6.09﹪和6.04﹪)。
