摘要：

高LP(a)为心、脑动脉硬化疾病的独立危险因素。本文调查了1例高LP(a)心肌梗塞存活者和1例脑卒中存活者的谱系,其LP(a)均具有常染色体显性遗传特征,提示遗传学研究可为动脉硬化疾患的预测和防治提供有价值的参考。
