从反映真实到象征架构:网络环境的信息可信度评估

摘要
网络空间共同在场的符号与符号间的横向关系,不仅是符号与所指物质"真实"间的纵向对应"架构"了对信息可信度的判断。原生于特定网络文化积淀的信源符号间会构成稳定且反复出现的象征结构——由技术中介化的象征结构形成了交往发生的"媒介框架"。信息的可信度随其所处象征结构不同而变化。框架理论的视角修正了现有网络信息可信度研究中对传播内容、媒介和信源的三分法,突出了作为技术文化环境的象征结构如何塑造信源符号对可信度评估的效果,并依据象征结构与文化积淀的关联为媒介使用变量对信息可信度的影响机制提出了更具理论性的解释。
