摘要：

With an analysis of the necessity of combining intellectual capital with industrial capital,this paper discusses the significance of the alliance between the enterprise and the university,and the obstacles to the formation of this alliance.It points out that knowledge management is an effective means to clear away these obstacles.It also analyzes the nature,significance,aim,method and prospect of knowledge management.
