摘要
冠状动脉(冠脉)分叉病变的经皮冠脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗操作复杂,易导致发生边支丢失和增加围术期心肌梗死发生率,且术后靶血管重建比例较高,故分叉病变一直是PCI治疗领域最具挑战性的病变类型之一。本文就分叉病变PCI治疗中边支受累机制和分叉病变PCI治疗中边支保护策略做一综述,旨在探讨拘禁闭陷球囊技术在其中的应用及推广。
