摘要：

CXCR1、CXCR2主要表达于中性粒细胞、单核细胞、T细胞等细胞表面,属G蛋白偶联受体超家族成员,可与CX-CL1、CXCL2、CXCL3、CXCL5、CXCL6、CXCL7、CXCL8结合。当两者结合后,通过G蛋白变构激活下游的效应分子进行信号转导,介导细胞发生迁移、脱颗粒等一系列生物学效应,在多种炎症性疾病中发挥重要作用。此外,尚有调节细胞发育、新生血管生成和趋化组织细胞及肿瘤细胞等作用。
