摘要：

随着新媒体的崛起,传统的美国新闻媒体逐渐陷入困境,尤其在金融危机期间,报业发展状况更加严峻。不过就在这一时期,非盈利的社区新闻网站开始在美国许多城市不断涌现,这类新闻网站主要专注于本地区公共事务的报道,它们的出现打破了以往报纸媒体主要依靠广告生存的商业运作模式,为网络时代新闻组织的运作提供了新的发展模式。
