炎症、胰岛素抵抗与糖尿病的中药治疗

摘要：

现在越来越多的证据表明低度炎症与心脏病,2型糖尿病,阿尔茨海默病以及一些癌症相关。胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足是糖尿病发病的两个关键因素,而炎症因子可引起胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌不足。近来研究表明,中药的复方、单体或者提取物对糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗及其炎症也有独特的作用。笔者对炎症、胰岛素抵抗的致病机理及糖尿病的中药治疗做一综述。
