旱作水稻与花生混作体系中接种根瘤菌对植株生长的促进作用

摘要
采用盆钵旱作实验 ,通过杂交水稻品种汕优 6 3与花生品种鲁花 9号混作 ,并对花生接种根瘤菌ATCC14 134,于水稻拔节期、水稻抽穗期、水稻收获期采样分析。结果表明 ,在有根瘤菌接种的混作体系中 ,植株的生长和氮素供应得到了显著的促进 ,植株全氮和干重分别达 2 9.96mgN/g、6 7.5 5g,高于花生单作接种 (2 6 .2 9mgN/g、6 0 .32g)和水稻单作 (8.17mgN/g、2 6 .5 9g) ;混作中接种花生根瘤菌的固氮酶活性比单作接种的也有显著提高 ,混作接种组的土壤相对生产率达 2 .2 7。表明在花生和水稻混作体系中接种根瘤菌对植株生长的促进作用主要是由于增加了当季作物的氮素营养。
