缓激肽选择性开放血脑屏障的机制探讨

摘要
血脑屏障在保护大脑的同时也限制了药物的转运。而脑肿瘤患者,其血脑屏障功能虽然不全,但脑肿瘤与血管之间存在血脑肿瘤屏障,很大程度上限制了化疗药物进入脑肿瘤组织。因此,在化疗时,提高血脑肿瘤屏障的通透性是提高化疗药物治疗效果的关键。本文就血脑屏障和血肿瘤屏障的结构特点、功能,以及缓激肽对血肿瘤屏障选择性开放的机制等研究进展做一综述。
