摘要：

Ingwersen和Jarvelin基于整体主义认知观,提出在情境中集成信息查寻和信息检索(IS&R)的研究框架,为信息检索研究提供了包容性很强"大理论"框架。IS&R研究框架由于通盘考虑的因素众多,特别是情境观中包含许多不可控的研究变量,以至于运用现有的研究方法(观察法和实验法)难以进行实证研究,令该研究框架可操作性差,与应用研究之间存在鸿沟。对信息对象情境的范围进行科学界定,从具体领域、基础逻辑和实证研究入手,不仅有利于IS&R研究框架的实践研究,也有利于信息检索大理论的建立。
