<正>蛋白酶激活受体(protease activated receptors,PARs)是一组7次跨膜、与G蛋白耦联的受体超家族。该家族有4个成员:PAR-1、PAR-2、PAR-3和PAR-4[1]。PARs广泛分布于各种组织细胞中,在血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、神经细胞、神经胶质细胞、胃肠道细胞及皮肤角质化细胞中均有表达,被激活后参与多种生理、病理过程,如调节血管增生、炎症反
