摘要：

职业幸福感是员工在其职业生涯中产生的一种持续快乐的心理感受和精神状态。麻醉医生面临着巨大的职业压力和极度疲劳,职业幸福感常低于一般人群。本文通过回顾国内外关于麻醉医生执业现状调查,对影响其职业幸福感相关因素进行分析,并浅谈处理策略。
