摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metaloproteinases,MMPs)是细胞外基质降解过程中的重要酶类,组织金属蛋白酶抑制物(Tissue matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors,TIMPs)是MMPs的内源性抑制系统。近来研究表明MMPs、TIMPs与心肌梗塞后心室重塑密切相关。现就MMPs/TIMPs平衡失调对心肌梗塞后心室重塑的影响及TIMPs抗心室重塑治疗的研究进展作一综述。
