摘要
近年来,刺吸电位技术(electrical penetration graph,EPG)在我国得到越来越广泛的应用,但在应用过程中还存在一些问题或误区,在一定程度上影响了EPG的应用效果。本文根据多年实际应用经验,讨论了EPG应用中可能遇到的和容易出现的一些问题及解决办法,包括EPG技术的适用范围、昆虫和植物的处理办法、仪器的调试、EPG波形的生物学意义阐释、指标的选择、数据统计分析、人工饲料上的EPG记录等。
