摘要
近年内, 由于手性配合物对不同构象DNA的选择性识别、DNA介导的长程电子转移以及新型钌抗癌药物等重大问题的发现, 使过渡金属配合物与DNA的相互作用成为生物无机化学领域上的一个重要的研究课题. 这里主要介绍了一些新型多吡啶配体及其配合物的合成及其拆分方法, 并介绍了紫外、荧光、核磁、电化学等一些常用的研究配合物和DNA作用机制的实验方法, 对这些配合物在DNA中的功能及其应用前景也做了简要介绍.
