血管平滑肌细胞移行及表型转换的分子机制

摘要
在动脉粥样硬化发生、发展的不同阶段,血管平滑肌细胞表型转换具有重要且可能是不同的病理生理学意义。文章复习了近年动脉粥样硬化病损内膜中血管平滑肌细胞来源、血管平滑肌细胞表型转换的分子机制及鉴别不同平滑肌细胞表型的标志性分子,以期为深入理解动脉粥样硬化的发病机制和相关研究提供有益认识。
