学术期刊的编委是把握期刊办刊方向和质量的“守门人”。由于“联锁编委”(interlocking editorship)现象的存在,期刊的编委会成员之间存在共现现象。本文以此为切入点,构建了图书情报学CSSCI来源期刊编委共现网络结构矩阵模型,并运用社会网络分析方法中的K-cores分析、核心-边缘结构(Core-Periphery)分析和点度中心度指标分别从网络整体、局部和节点的角度对共现网络进行分析,找到核心子群。在此基础上,对核心子群的19位编委的年龄、任职期刊数量和近5年的发文量、总被次数、H指数等文献计量指标进行了相应的统计和测算。最后对基于数据分析所发现的问题以及相应的管理启示进行了初步探讨。
