不同能量氮离子束诱发DNA链断裂的测定及量效曲线分析

摘要
测定了能量分别为10,20和30keV、剂量范围1013~1016N+/cm2的离子束所致小牛胸腺DNA链断裂,分析了其量效关系特点.结果表明:3种能量的氮离子注入得到的3条剂量效应曲线均呈“马鞍型”,而60Coγ射线的相应曲线为一般指数型,3条曲线的凹点剂量(DC)都很相近.曲线的另一特点是:单位剂量的链断裂产额与剂量的关系曲线,在较低剂量区有一个显著的峰(对应着Dc点),随后维持一个恒定的低水平,而单位剂量γ射线的DNA链断裂产额在所用剂量范围内基本保持一个相对恒定的水平;用3种模型尝试拟合上述曲线获得近似结果.
