摘要
抗苗勒管激素(AMH)是由睾丸未成熟的Sertoli细胞及卵巢生长卵泡的颗粒细胞分泌,参与生殖功能的调节。研究证明,血清AMH是很好的预测卵巢储备及卵巢反应性的指标,AMH能很好地预测IVF周期中未成熟卵母细胞数,其还可能预测受精率以及预测卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的发生。通过AMH在辅助生殖技术(ART)中的预测作用可对患者进行正确评估,制定理想的个体化治疗方案,在一定程度上可提高妊娠率,降低并发症危险因素。
