鼻咽癌的治疗进展

摘要
近10年来鼻咽癌的治疗取得了较大进展。随着调强适形放射治疗逐步广泛地应用,鼻咽癌的局部控制率得到显著提高。与此同时,调强适形放射治疗减少了周围正常组织器官的放射损伤,大大提高了患者的生存质量。放化疗综合治疗不但可以降低肿瘤的局部区域复发率及远处转移率,而且还在一定程度上提高了总生存率,因此对于晚期鼻咽癌患者采用放化疗综合治疗已成为标准的治疗模式。同时生物治疗也取得一定进展,相信在鼻咽癌治疗中将会发挥越来越重要的作用。
