<正>肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis)是指肝脏纤维结缔组织的过度沉积,是细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)合成和降解不平衡的结果,是各种慢性肝病向肝硬化发展所共有的病理改变和必经途径。而肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)是ECM产生的主要细胞来源,它的激活、凋亡受到众多细胞因素及细胞内信号转导系统的调节,因此阐明肝星状细胞的生物学特性与功能及其在肝纤维化中的作用机制,对肝纤维化的预防和治疗都有
