国外工作投入与工作倦怠研究述评与展望

摘要
作为组织行为学中的一个热点问题,工作倦怠与工作投入这两种此消彼长的心理和行为状态受到学界的长期关注。然后,现有研究忽略了它们之间的内在联系,多将二者割裂开来进行孤立的探讨。文章将以往两方面分别进行研究的成果加以整合,在梳理、阐述二者内在关系的基础上,就度量方法、前因与结果变量及干预策略等最新成果进行归纳述评,并就预期的未来研究热点作了展望。
